I’m Greg, founder of MissionBuilt. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve led organizations through full-scale turnarounds, high-growth expansions, and transformative leadership changes.

Throughout my career, I’ve built companies, led teams, and coached executives. I’ve worked in multiple industries (including retail, manufacturing, and nonprofits), and I know firsthand that great organizations aren’t built on just ideas—they’re built on actionable plans, hands-on leadership, and the right structures in place to support growth.

My Story: From Military Service to Business Leadership

I started my career in the military, learning discipline, strategy, and the importance of working together toward a common mission. These lessons stayed with me as I moved into the private sector, leading teams through the chaos of turnarounds and helping businesses align their vision with execution.

Over the years, I’ve served in numerous leadership roles, from C-suite executive positions to advisory roles for nonprofit boards. I’ve seen businesses both flourish and fail, and it’s that experience that has driven me to create MissionBuilt—a consulting firm that’s focused on real results, not just strategies that look good on paper.

I Am a Husband, Father, and Volunteer Leader

Outside of work, I’m a husband and father. My family is my foundation, and I apply the same values of integrity, service, and discipline in my personal life as I do in my professional one.

I also give back to the community through my volunteer work in church ministry, where I’ve served as Director of Men’s Ministry and Director of Security. These roles taught me the importance of teamwork, servant leadership, and building a purpose-driven organization.
